CA Rushabh Shah

Founder

Rushabh Shah is a certified Chartered Accountant (equivalent to CPA) and the founder of Meru Accounting.

He has over 10 years of industry experience in accounting and bookkeeping service to various industries all around the globe including countries like USA, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, etc.

Prior to Meru Accounting, he has been working at a key position in some of the renowned companies. He has immense work experience as a manager of a US-based accounting firm and in the audit department of other reputed companies like Deloitte and Torrent Power.

Mr. Shah is an accounts outsourcing expertand specializes in all aspects of accounting including auditing, corporate taxes and tax preparation, financial reporting and modelling, external audits, investments and consolidation, etc.

He implies all these skills to serve his clients so they can manage their business and work to their full potential. Through these skill sets, he has audited over 50 listed as well as non-listed firms.

He is also a certified Xero professional and is a silver partner with Xero.

CA Harnish Shah

Co-Founder

Harnish Shah is a certified Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant and the co-founder of Meru Accounting. With over 6years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing and information technology, he has been efficiently serving many businesses in more than 10 countries. Among the industries served, the majority are from UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, European Countries, etc.

Before venturing into Meru Accounting, he has worked as a senior audit assistant in many companies for conduction statutory audits, internal audits, bank audits and tax audits, among others. He has hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounting, income tax and statutory regulations and compliances concerning a particular country’s law and regulations.

His field of expertise includes various aspects of accounting and financial management including real-time transaction processing, financial and operational reporting, project and class tracking on accounting software, 1099 tax preparation, payroll processing, etc.

Harnish Shah is also a certified Xero professional. He has assisted several start-ups and small firms to set up cloud accounting softwaresuch as Xero and Quickbooks Online.

He is a complete techno-savvy and holds thousands of hours of expertise in working on various accounting software such asXero (Xero Certified Advisor and Silver Partner),Quick books Online,Quick books Desktop,MYOB, Zohobooks, LEAP, MYOB, Odoo, Waveapp, Saasu, Freshbooks, etc.
